The Bambineo cloth diaper is made of bamboo terry fabric.
Bamboo is a highly biodegradable product which is grown without
the use of pesticides. Bamboo is environmentally friendly because
it has a fast growing cycle, and is easily cultivated without the need
for pesticides. It is naturally antibacterial and absorbs 60% more
moisture than cotton. This cloth diaper actually gets more and
more absorbent with each washing! The Bambineo has a wonderful
soft luxurious texture even after washing. The bamboo terry fabric
is made up of 90% highest quality East Asian cultivated bamboo
and 10% polyester woven in for strength and durability.
This diaper has a nice trim fit and comes with a removable booster
for added protection.
The best part - this is a one-size cloth diaper and fits from birth to
potty! For a newborn, reverse the diaper, then fold down the front
of the diaper. This exposes the velcro, and allows for a nice snug
fit. Now twist the diapers wings and fasten.
Bambineo cloth diapers are available in butter, pistachio green,
and soft blue. These diapers are dyed only with eco-friendly dyes
that have been certified by Oeketex (European certification). No
harmful chemicals are present in the dyes! Also, before they are
dyed, they are whitened with peroxide, meaning that there is also
no chlorine in these diapers!
