Presently we ship within Canada only.
Local Customers (Greater Vancouver):
Do we offer local pick-up?
Yes. If you live in Greater Vancouver and would like to pick up your order, please contact us
to make arrangements. For this option, select 'local pickup' in the shopping cart as your
shipping option. Back to Nature Baby Store is located in Port Moody, British Columbia. For local
pickup, your purchase will be held at Back to Nature Baby Store for 14 days. If arrangements
have not been made, your order will be shipped to you and you will be invoiced for the
corresponding shipping rate.

Back to Nature Baby Store ships via Canada post expedited parcel. This delivery includes a
tracking number and insurance up to $100.00. However, we will ALWAYS insure your
purchase for the full amount to ensure its safe arrival at your residence.
We charge a low flat rate of $7.95 for purchases under $75.00.
On occasion, there may be an additional shipping fee and increased shipping time due to a
products unusual weight or size. If this applies to a specific product, it will be noted on the
individual product description. This may also apply to the free shipping offer.
Shipping rates are in CAD and are subject to application taxes.
How soon will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 5pm on a business day are shipped within 2 business days. All order
placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.
When should I expect delivery?
Your package will arrive within 2-10 days after placing your order.
Payment
What are the available payment options?
We accept payment by all major credit card through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal
account to pay by this method. However, payment through PayPal Accounts are accepted.
You may also pay by cash on local pickup, or personal cheque (For personal cheque, your order
will be shipped once the cheque has cleared).

cash on local pickup.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure and convenient payment processing service for online retailers. Upon
checkout, you will be re-directed to PayPal's safe and secure server where you will submit your
payment via your credit card. PayPal is well know for being safe and secure. When you use
PayPal, retailers such as us will never receive details of your credit card or bank.
Currency
Temporarily, billing through our shopping cart is in US Dollars. We are a Canadian company
and are working to get all payment processing in Canadian funds. However, presently, when
you check out at the shopping cart, the total will be in USD. PayPal will convert this to
Canadian funds and bill you accordingly. If you'd prefer to pay in CAD, please email your order
to elaine@backtonaturebabystore.com and we will send you a Paypal invoice in CAD. Your
order will be shipped once payment is submitted.
Taxes
By law, all goods sold in Canada are subject to 5% GST. Also, for BC residents, some items are
subject to 7% PST. Items that are PST except include baby clothing and shoes, cloth diapers and
diaper covers. All taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Refund Policy
Back to Nature Baby Store stands behind all products. We therefore offer our customers a 100%
satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of your item, if you are not completely satisfied please
contact us within 14 days. Providing the product is unused and in original packaging, we can
then arrange for its return and a full refund. You will be refunded the cost of the product and
applicable taxes only, not the shipping charge. Items purchases with the fee shipping offer will
have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. Also, all shipping to return the
product is at the purchaser’s expense. Please email us info@backtonaturebabystore.com to
organize your return or exchange.
We are an eco-friendly company, to reduce paper waste, we do not include a paper receipt with
your package. Your original email confirmation is your receipt. Please keep this for your
records or if you require a refund or exchange.
