These handmade upcycled soft balls are designed and made by Dress Me Up on Vancouver
Island, BC.
The vintage retro fabrics and materials used in these upcycled toys have been washed many
times and softened with age. The chemical sizing and dyes in upcycled fabrics have had time to
disperse. Dress me Up meticulously chooses all upcycled fabrics and selects only materials
meant for original use next to, or near to, our person (e.g. clothing and linens). They only use
high quality cottons and wools with a vintage retro flair and carefully prepare the materials
with natural, phosphate free detergent and chlorine free bleach.
These Soft Balls are individually handmade from very cool retro cottons and stuffed with clean,
carded wool. Each set of 3 comes with a coordinating draw-string bag for easy travel and
storage.
Upcycled Soft Balls are the perfect toy for little ones as they learn to pick things up and then get
excited about rolling and catching. A gentle toy, these Soft Balls make a thoughtful gift for
environmentally conscious parents and are perfect for quiet places. Arty and fun, these are
toys that any parent would be happy to leave out when company comes over!
