Presently we ship within Canada only.
The following rates apply:
Orders $0-49.99 Shipping rate $8.95
Orders $50-99.99 Shipping rate: $10.95
Orders $100-149.99 Shipping rate $12.95
Oders$150+ Shipping is free
On occasion, there may be an additional shipping fee and increased shipping time due to a products unusual weight or size. If this applies to a specific product, it will be noted on the individual product description. Shipping rates are in CAD and are subject to application taxes.
Local Customers (Greater Vancouver)
Do we offer local pick-up?
Yes. If you live in Greater Vancouver and would like to pick up your order, please contact us to make arrangements. For this option, we will refund your shipping charges via paypal after you have made arrangements for pickup. For local pickup, your purchase will be held at Back to Nature Baby Store for 14 days. If arrangements have not been made, your order will be shipped to you and you will be invoiced for the corresponding shipping rate.
Back to Nature Baby Store ships via Canada post expedited parcel. This delivery includes a tracking number and insurance up to $100.00. However, we will ALWAYS insure your purchase for the full amount to ensure its safe arrival at your residence.
How soon will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 5pm on a business day are shipped within 2 business days. All order placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.
When should I expect delivery?
Your package will arrive within 2-10 days after placing your order.
Payment
What are the available payment options?
We accept payment by all major credit card through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by this method. However, payment through PayPal Accounts are accepted.
You may also pay by cash on local pickup, or personal cheque (For personal cheque, your order will be shipped once the cheque has cleared).

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure and convenient payment processing service for online retailers. Upon checkout, you will be re-directed to PayPal’s safe and secure server where you will submit your payment via your credit card. PayPal is well know for being safe and secure. When you use PayPal, retailers such as us will never receive details of your credit card or bank.

By law, all goods sold in Canada are subject to 5% GST. Also, for BC residents, some items are subject to 7% PST. NBS
Products
BTNBS stands behind our products. We therefore offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of your item, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 14 days. Providing the product is unused and in original packaging, we can then arrange for its return and a full refund. You will be refunded the cost of the product and applicable taxes only, not the shipping charge. Items purchases with the fee shipping offer will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. Also, all shipping to return the product is at the purchaser’s expense. Please email us to organize your return or exchange.
We are an eco-friendly company, to reduce paper waste, we do not include a paper receipt with your package. Your original email confirmation is your receipt. Please keep this for your records or if you require a refund or exchange.
